Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our app and subscribing to our premium services.

By downloading, accessing, or subscribing through our app on the Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Our app (“Service”) provides digital content and features that may be offered on both a free and paid (subscription) basis.
Subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively through the Google Play Billing system.
By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal, recurring charges, and the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription and Purchase Options

We offer several purchase options within our app, which may include:

  • Premium Version Subscriptions to unlock  Premium Version on a recurring basis

  • One-Time (Lifetime) Purchase to unlock the Premium Version permanently

Each option clearly states the price, billing period (if applicable), and your local currency before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions

You can subscribe to the Premium Version of the app on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly).
You will be charged through your Google Play account at the start of each billing period, and your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it in advance through your Google Play account settings.
After cancellation, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of the current billing cycle.

One-Time (Lifetime) Purchase

You may also choose to unlock the Premium Version of the app with a one-time, lifetime purchase.
This provides permanent access to all Premium features without any recurring charges.
Your purchase is linked to your Google Play account and can be restored if you reinstall the app or use the same account on a new device.
One-time purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law or under the Google Play refund policy.

4. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Charges

  • Subscriptions renew automatically using the same payment method unless canceled.

  • Renewal charges occur at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., every week , month or year).

  • You may receive a reminder or renewal notice from Google Play before renewal (depending on region).

  • Subscription fees are subject to change. If prices change, Google Play will notify you and you may need to confirm before the new price takes effect.

By subscribing, you give your explicit consent to these recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

5. Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Opening the Google Play app → tapping your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions, or

  • Using the “Auto-Renew, Cancel Anytime” link within our app.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

All payments are processed by Google Play.
Refund requests should be directed through your Google Play account following Google’s Refund Policy.

7. Pricing Transparency

  • All prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes (where required).

  • You will always see the total amount before confirming your purchase.

  • We may update subscription prices from time to time. Any change will be communicated in advance by Google Play.

8. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your Google account credentials secure.

  • Managing your subscription status through your Google Play account.

  • Ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

If your payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended until payment is completed.

9. Data & Privacy

We value your privacy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

10. Compliance with Google Play Policies

All in-app subscriptions and purchases comply with the Google Play Billing System requirements.
External payment processors for digital goods are not permitted.
Users can always manage and cancel their subscriptions directly from Google Play.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements.
If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you through the app or Play Store listing before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
